
Meaningful customer relationships
Research focused on how the relationship between organizations and their customers can be leveraged to support the transition to a sustainable society. Currently, two studies are underway within this theme. One investigates how municipalities can engage citizens in sustainable initiatives related to energy transition, mobility, and healthy eating. The other is within the financial services domain and explores how organizations can shape customer relationships in a way that helps clients make financially responsible decisions.
