Intercultural Competence
- Subject or theme
Intercultural Competence gives you a head start and will allow you to thrive in your future international career. Research shows that the performance of culturally diverse groups is excellent, but productivity can be low when differences are ignored, suppressed or regarded as a problem. Working together with lecturers and fellow students, you will learn to recognise and manage cultural differences as sources of innovation and growth, allowing culturally diverse groups to excel in what they do.
