Reisma van den Burg Stipend

This stipend is named after the Frisian painter Cor Reisma (1902-1962) and established by his family. The biennial stipend is intended to offer recent graduates from all disciplines at Academy Minerva an opportunity to further develop their work through an (inter)national project. This may involve participation in a manifestation or event, research or a stay in a guest studio. This does not include regular (continuing) education. Candidates are encouraged to explore new areas and engage in artistic crossovers in their plan.

Reisma van den Burg stipend was awarded to Maaike Meindertsma (Fine Art, 2022) in 2023.
