Wind Energy

The Wind Energy module delves into most aspects of wind energy: wind climate, turbine technology and off-shore technology, all placed within the context of current and future energy scenarios. Furthermore, students use our wind tunnel and get first had experience with lift and drag characteristics, pressure distributions, and wake effects. A brief introduction is presented for ocean energy as well.
