Offer
The number of courses, groups, and e-health modules can change annually. There are courses for improving your study skills, mindfulness and more.
Course and Group Offerings
The physical courses are designed for acquiring knowledge and developing skills. You can enhance your study skills and social skills as well as other life skills that contribute to your well-being.
Participating in a study group or peer group aims to bring like-minded individuals together around a specific theme, where they can exchange experiences and provide support to each other. The facilitator plays the role of a coach, process guide, and discussion leader.
E-health
You can also make use of professional online self-help modules (e-health) for mild psychological issues, lifestyle challenges and various personal circumstances, all free of charge and anonymously. This way, you gain control over your mental well-being. Completing a module typically takes between one to two hours. The modules are short-term, insightful, and solution-oriented.
