What is Online Taster Course?

During Online Taster Course you follow a part of a first-year study programme. It will give you an idea of what the programme is like. A module consists of three parts: a taster lecture, a bit of theory and a short exam. It is a good way for you to find out whether this study suits you, and your skills and qualities!

Module 1: corporate finance

Corporate finance and management accounting are two important topics in this programme. Corporate finance is about financial statements, calculation of financial ratios or financing and investment decisions. And you're going to learn more about this last topic in this module. In module 2 you will learn more about management accounting.

Step 2: study the theory

Because the decisions we make as consumers impact on our society and our planet, it's important that they’re sustainable and respect human rights and the environment. What we do now will have an effect in the future. Learn more about it in the article of Santander.

Step 3: answer the questions

These questens are not meant to let you experience what an actual exam of a study programme is like. You can take the exame to check whether you have understood the previous steps of the Taster Course correctly. You will get feedback on you answers so that you can see why your answers were correct or incorrect. You can also interact with your classmates to find out how they did.
