Learning how to play sports and exercise better is an important condition for lifelong, sustainable, safe, enjoyable and healthy sports and exercise. In short, stimulating better sports and exercise training is important and the role of the sports professional in this is significant. Central themes are: multiple movement skills, motor learning, self-regulation, learning to perform better and load & recovery. Our ambition is to teach people how to play sports and exercise better, based on current knowledge and innovations in the aforementioned themes. We do this for individuals and groups, from young to old, and from recreational to top sport level.
