Goodbye party for Petra Oden and Inauguration of Trix Mulder as Lecturer

Wednesday 25 June is a special day of celebration for the Hanze Professorship Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship. We will say goodbye to Dr. mr. Petra Oden, professor of Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship, who will be retiring. This will be followed by the inauguration of her successor, Mr. dr. Trix Mulder.

About the professorship Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship  

The professorship Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship focuses on practice-based research into legal issues that support (social) entrepreneurs in strategic and tactical challenges. The aim is to better align laws and regulations with the needs of entrepreneurs, thereby increasing their impact and decision-making space. Key themes include digital transformation, impact entrepreneurship and governance, including social procurement, cooperatives and public-private partnerships. By working with entrepreneurs, teachers and students, the professorship contributes to innovation, regional cooperation and the strengthening of impact entrepreneurship.       

The professorship is part of the Hanze's Centre of Expertise Entrepreneurship and the School of Law.
