On March 20, Dr. Jacomijn Hofstra will be inaugurated as professor of Rehabilitation.

The professorship Rehabilitation focuses on the social functioning of people who have difficulties participating in society due to psychological, addiction and/or somatic problems, non-congenital brain injury, a mental disability or homelessness.  

The spearheads of the professorship are Supported Education (student well-being) and Experiential expertise in care and welfare. The professorship is part of Hanze's Centre of Expertise Healthy Ageing.
